Legacy Restoration Solutions is an owner-led restoration company based in Roseville, California, serving property owners across Placer and Sacramento counties.
Our Story
Why this company exists
Restoration is one of the few trades people hire while genuinely panicking. Something has failed, it is getting worse by the hour, and the decision has to be made immediately — usually without any way to evaluate whether the work being proposed is correct.
That imbalance is where the industry earns its reputation. A crew can remove more material than necessary, pull equipment before a structure is genuinely dry, or hand over paperwork too thin to support a claim, and the customer will usually never know.
Legacy Restoration Solutions was built to work the other way. Every project is measured before it is scoped, documented while it is being performed, and verified against published standards before it is closed. When a material can be dried in place instead of removed, we dry it — that is faster for the customer and cheaper for the claim.
The company is owner-led by Roman Mysin. That matters mainly for accountability: the person responsible for the standard is the person whose name is on the license, and problems escalate to him directly rather than disappearing into a call centre.

What our credentials mean for you
Licences and certifications are only useful if you know what they actually guarantee. Here is what each one means in practice.
California Contractor License #1120238
A California contractor license is public record. Ours can be looked up in the CSLB database, which means our standing, classification and bond status are verifiable by anyone — including you, before you hire us.
IICRC Certification #65450901
The IICRC publishes the standards the restoration industry works to. Certification means our procedures for drying, remediation and documentation follow a written, auditable standard rather than in-house habit.
24/7 Emergency Dispatch
Water and fire do not keep business hours, and the cost of a loss is largely determined in the first few hours. We answer the phone at any time, every day of the year.
Insured and Accountable
We carry the insurance our work requires, and the person accountable for the standard is the owner whose name is on the license.
